2 Shopping cart & checkout Customers can add multiple products in their shopping cart & have a single check-out / order. The order will be delivered in a single delivery
3 Minimum order There is no minimum limit for orders, either by value or quantity
4 Maximum order There is no maximum limit or ceiling for orders, either by value or quantity
5 Payment method We only accept online payments:

  • Credit card (Visa & Mastercard)
  • Debit card (Visa & Mastercard)
  • UnionPay
  • FPX
  • DuitNow
  • Mobile wallet (Boost, TnG. GrabPay, Mcash, NetsQR, ShopeePay)

For orders made through Whatsapp, GoMommy will provide a payment link that will be sent to the customer via Whatsapp or Email

6 Cut-off time Customers can made changes to their order or cancel their order before the delivery cut-off time which is 60 minutes before the delivery window
7 Payment receipt The customer will receive the receipt for payment once the payment is completed
8 Changes to order Prior to check-out/payment

  • Customers can make any changes to their order prior to check-out without any charges
  • Changes after check-out

Customers can make changes to their order prior to the cut-off time

If a customer wishes to add or remove items in their order after the cut-off time, they are required to contact the GoMommy customer service

9 Order cancellation Before cut-off time

  • Orders can be cancelled at no additional costs
    After cut-off time


  • Customers will have to contact the GoMommy customer service to cancel order after the cut-off time
  • Orders that are in-transit or have been delivered cannot be cancelled
10 Product returns Products delivered cannot be returned.

GoMommy will only accept product returns if the order is cancelled, cannot be delivered (missed)

11 Damaged or expired products For damaged or expired products, the customer must contact the GoMommy customer service via email or Whatsapp, and include a photo of the damaged or expired products within 3 hours of acceptance of the delivery

The customer will be issued GoMommy store credit that can be used 14-days of issuance

1 Delivery charges Delivery charges are based on the distance between the GoMommy Foods Centre and your delivery address.

  • 0-3km = RM3.00
  • 4-7km = RM5.00
  • 8-10km = RM7.00
  • 11-15km = RM9.00
2 Delivery window The orders will be delivered between 9:30am to 9:30pm
3 Delivery date & time selection The customer can select their preferred delivery date & time

  • Customers can select same-day delivery (subject to same-day delivery policy) or the next day
  • Customers can select the delivery time which is set in 1-hour blocks
    • 9:30am – 10:30am
    • 10:30am – 11:30am
    • 11:30am – 12:30pm
    • 12:30pm – 01.30pm
    • 01:30pm – 02:30pm
    • 02:30pm – 03:30pm
    • 03:30pm – 04:30pm
    • 04:30pm – 05:30pm
    • 05:30pm – 06:30pm
    • 06:30pm – 07:30pm
    • 07:30pm – 08.30pm
    • 08:30pm – 09:30pm

The default delivery schedule will be set at the next immediate delivery schedule or immediately subject to rider availability.

4 Same-day delivery The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 8:00pm. Orders made after 8:00pm will be delivered on the following day
5 Delivery notification The customer will receive the delivery in-transit notification via Whatsapp the moment the delivery has left the GoMommy distribution centre
6 Delivery wait-time GoMommy delivery team will wait for 5 minutes for the customer to accept the delivery. If the customer is unable to accept the delivery within 5 minutes or if the customer is not reachable, the product will be returned to the GoMommy centre and the delivery will be considered as ‘missed’.

The customer will be subject to penalty charges for ‘missed’ delivery
